Someplace deep inside, I understood I was broken
Nevertheless, I continued to deny my brokenness

On the outside, I made sure I looked put together. I had to
“Looking Good” was all I had. If I lost that, it was over

Because of Your LOVE God, because of your GRACE,
You exposed my broken places for all to see
You had me where You wanted me
YOU  were all I had left.

‘Twas Your Love that took me there. ‘
Twas Your Love that met me here.

I discovered, I admitted my brokenness.
I discovered, I accepted Your GRACE

My healing began. I got better. And better.
You continued your work in me
And I got better. And better

The better I got, the more I began to overlook my brokenness.
The better I get, the less I think I need Your GRACE.

The less I (think I) need Your GRACE, the less I seek Your Face
The less I seek Your Face, the more I lose This Truth:

‘Tis only YOU  that makes me whole,
‘Tis only YOU that brings me Life
Ur GRACE is enough
For me!

Trust in the LORD with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight.
